The Worldwide Culinary Arts & Sciences Institute in Chester Township will host an Italian Meals Wine Extravaganza on Dec. 11 to learn the ICASI Scholarship Fund.
Proceeds will present scholarships to present and incoming culinary and pastry college students on the faculty.
The occasion will get underway at 6 p.m. at ICASI, 8700 Mayfield Highway. A wine pull raffle will probably be included.
The menu will probably be: Butternut Squash Panna Cotta with Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce; Tuscan Salad with Wine Poached Pears and Almonds in Riesling French dressing; Lobster Ravioli with Vodka Sauce; Roasted Duck Breast with Apple Raisin Compote with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts; and Chocolate Mousse Cake with Caramel Sauce and diverse Biscotti.
Wines to be poured are Acinum Prosecco Rose, Pacherhof Kerner, Leone de Castris 5 Roses Rose, Cataldi Madonna ‘Malandrino’ Montepulciano D’ Abruzzo and Giovanni Rosso Nebbiolo Langhe.
