STOCKHOLM (Reuters) – E-sports and gaming group MTG has agreed to purchase cellular video games developer Ninja Kiwi for about 1.6 billion crowns ($186 million) to broaden its gaming portfolio, it stated on Wednesday.
The Swedish firm stated in a separate assertion that it was elevating 1.1 billion crowns in a directed share situation, of which funding agency Atairos would cowl about 50%, to finance the deal.
MTG stated in January that it had entered a non-binding association to purchase an unidentified cellular video games developer with an preliminary buy value of about $130 million to $150 million.
