Stefanos Tsitsipas made his debut on the Mexican Open in Acapulco, defeating Benoit Paire.
Greece’s tennis star proved too good for Paire 6-3 6-1 in simply sixty-nine minutes.
He’ll now face American John Robert Isner.

Tsitsipas first visited Mexico in the direction of the tip of 2014 for back-to-back junior tournaments.
“That was my first elevation in tennis. Mexico is just about the place the place it began for me, chasing the dream,” he said in his post-tournament interview.
“I really feel like Mexicans share a whole lot of widespread issues with Greeks and I can see that from individuals and the meals and the tradition. There are lots of similarities and I actually like Mexican individuals. They deal with me rather well they usually’re very hard-working and humble and really moral in some ways.”
