Public Energy Company S.A. (“PPC”) proclaims in the present day the profitable pricing of its inaugural worldwide providing (the “Providing”) of € 650 million sustainability-linked senior notes due 2026 (the “Sustainability-Linked Notes” or “Notes”) at a coupon worth of three.875% and a problem worth of 100%. The Notes might be issued pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 2 and Article 74 of Greek regulation 4548/2018 and Article 14 of Greek regulation 3156/2003 and might be ruled by New York regulation. The proceeds from the Providing might be used to repay current debt, for basic company functions and to pay prices and bills associated to the Providing. PPC intends to have the Sustainability-Linked Senior Notes listed on the Official Checklist of Euronext Dublin and admitted to buying and selling on the World Change Market thereof, or on one other applicable buying and selling venue within the European Union.
