All-County football teams loaded with talent

St. Johns County highschool soccer groups had stellar seasons in 2020, due to all of the proficient gamers.

The St. Augustine Document’s All-County group displays the excessive stage of play. The group was chosen with enter from space coaches and statistical evaluation utilizing Hudl and different sources.

First-team Offense

QB: Sammy Edwards, senior, St. Augustine

WR: Jack Goodrich, senior, Creekside

Goodrich performed nicely and completed with 31 catches for 575 yards and 5 touchdowns. 

WR: Dom Henry, junior, Nease

Henry flashed his potential and might be the receiver within the county for the 2021 season. Completed with 40 receptions for 435 yards and three touchdowns. Was a shiny spot for Nease.

TE: Grant Stevens, junior, Nease

Zavion Ferguson, junior, St. Augustine: Yellow Jackets graded Ferguson over 80% for season and he solely allowed one sack. 

Athlete/KR: Eric Weatherly, junior, Bartram Path

DL: Luther McCoy, senior, Creekside

LB: Darrell Myers, senior, St. Augustine

Anchored the Yellows Jackets’ protection with 98 tackles, and two sacks. Additionally had 11 tackles for loss with three compelled fumbles.

LB: Dylan Chiedo, junior, Bartram Path

Chiedo completed with 115 tackles, one sack, two tackles for loss and one interception. Holds presents from Iowa State and FAU.

LB: Shane Bloss, senior, Ponte Vedra

Completed with 102 tackles with 13 tackles for loss with 2.5 Sacks and three drive fumbles with 5 move breakups. 

DB: Sharif Denson, sophomore, Bartram Path

Budding star for the Bears. Completed with an interception and 56 tackles. Holds presents from Florida, Florida State, and Miami. 

DB: Evan Eilers, senior, Bartram Path

Completed with 41 tackles, two sacks and two tackles for loss and an interception. 

DB: Tyshawn Campbell, junior, St. Augustine

Totaled 73 tackles, six tackles for losses, two sacks, two sacks, and three drive fumbles. 

DB: Julian Quintero, freshman, Pedro Menendez

Quintero has a shiny future as he completed with a county-high 5 interceptions.
