A person sought in a Spring Lake killing final month was arrested in Washington D.C. just lately and returned to Harnett County on Tuesday.
James Lee Jones Jr., 38, of Spring Lake, is charged with homicide, assault with a lethal weapon inflicting critical harm, possession of a firearm by a felon, and 6 counts of assault with a lethal weapon with a minor current.
