Just some days after reports surfaced of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner buying a plot of land on Miami’s Indian Creek personal island, dubbed the “Billionaire’s Bunker,” it has been confirmed that Joshua Kushner and pregnant supermodel spouse, Karlie Kloss, have snagged a close-by Miami Seashore mansion for a cool $23.5 million.

The waterfront oasis boasts its personal personal dock and 48-foot knife-edge pool, together with a fitness center, library, sport room, and a powerful 810-bottle wine cellar. The house even has a separate “summer season kitchen” and outside eating space. Not dangerous for a pandemic escape pad.
